Sugary Drinks

This is project energize teaching room15 what are healthy drinks and what are not. Has anyone who is reading this drunk E2? well if you have it has got 20 tea spoons of sugar in it the best drinks are milk and water. Make sure that you only have every other drinks occasionally.

Breakfast

Room15 had some one from the team Energize. Her name was Diane. She tot us what are some Healthy breakfast and non Healthy breakfast and wheat-bix and porridge are the best option.

The food groups

This is another person in project energize coming to teach us the four food groups. Her name is Diane. The four food groups are Breads/Cereals, Fruit/Vegetables ,Meat and meat alternatives and Dairy and dairy alternatives. For short we call them the GO, GLOW and GROW foods.
